Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was such a treat! The rooms were great, and the pool was a big bonus after hot days wandering around town or sipping wine in the vineyards. However, it's worth noting that the rooms facing the traffic were not as nice as those at the back of the property. Overall, the tranquility was somewhat disrupted by noise from the patio. On the bright side, our room was always made up and air-conditioned to perfection each time we returned, ensuring maximum comfort with thoughtful details like shutters and regulated temperature.
Arriving into the city at 5:30 am after an 18-hour bus ride, the hotel provided more than adequate rooms that were quiet, except when conversations in the patio nearby took place. Emir accommodated us with the room next to the patio, which added to our experience with a touch of outdoor ambience. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, where we even enjoyed sundowners. The location was very good, situated in a residential area yet within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and nightlife options. The dining experience, although basic, included a selection of typical Argentine favorites. The hotel offered a cozy bed-and-breakfast-like atmosphere, perfect for a simple meal to kick off the day.
The hotel surprised us with a spacious room featuring a king size bed and a huge window overlooking the flowery back garden, although it felt a bit dated compared to our expectations. The service was top-notch, with a hospitable and polite staff always around to help us with tour bookings and snacks. The location was great, not far from downtown in a quiet residential area, but walking felt quite unsafe at night. The dining experience was simple but first-rate, offering a buffet style with a variety of options. The historic art nouveau house added a special touch to the atmosphere.
